Privacy policy

This is the personal data processing policy of ParqueSoft Crea S.A.S. It explains how we handle the data we receive on the site, by email or by phone. We adopted it in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and the other Colombian data protection rules. By giving us your authorization, you accept the processing described here.

Purposes

We process your personal data only for these purposes, which we tell you about when you authorize us:

• Business contact: answering your messages, calls and requests, and scheduling conversations with you to understand what you need.
• Quotes: preparing and sending you your project proposal, and following up on it.
• Sending information: sending you information about our services, platforms, cases and blog content. You can ask us to stop sending it at any time.
• Site management and security: measuring how many people use it, improving its content, preventing abusive use and complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities. We do not sell your data.

Consent and third parties

We ask for your prior, express and informed authorization before processing your data. You give it by checking the box on our forms or by writing to us for that purpose, and we keep proof of it. We do not need it in the cases the law exempts, such as a request from an authority. We may rely on providers (processors) for hosting, email or analytics. We ask them to process the data only for that task and with the same confidentiality. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Sensitive data

We do not ask you for sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, beliefs, biometric data, among others) or data of children and teenagers. The site is for adults. If we receive a minor's data without the authorization of their legal representative, we delete it.

Your rights

As a data subject you can access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; know how we use it; revoke it or request deletion; access your data free of charge and file complaints with the SIC.

To exercise your rights, write to info@parquecrea.com with your name, ID number, your request and a way to reply to you. Inquiries: we reply within 10 business days at most, extendable by 5 more if we tell you the reason. Complaints: we reply within 15 business days at most, extendable by 8 more. If a complaint arrives incomplete, we ask you to complete it within the following 5 days.

Supervisory authority

The Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) oversees compliance with Law 1581 of 2012. You can file a complaint with the SIC only after exhausting the inquiry or complaint process with us. That is why we handle your request first.
